摘　　要：提出了温度变化给工序间检测器具的测量结果产生误差的两种类型,介绍了温度补偿的原理和实际做法,即对由温度变化引起的那部分系统误差进行修正的方法,并以示例作了说明。Two type of errors caused by temperature changes for measuring results of detecting appliances for inter-working procedures are proposed. The principle and practical measure of temperature compensation are introduced. By this method, the specific system error caused by temperature changes is corrected. The example is illustrated.
