摘  要:研究了银离子在氧化剂A氧化浸出黄铜矿中的动力学,讨论了Ag+添加、Ag+浓度、氧化剂A浓度、黄铜矿粒度等因素对浸出过程的影响。研究结果表明,扩散控制模型可以很好地描述氧化剂A氧化浸出黄铜矿液-固反应过程;在实验范围内,确定了反应的比速率常数、反应级数及表观活化能,并根据实验数据,导出动力学方程为:1-32a-()321?a=0.0685o?2r[Ag+]0.27[A]0.29exp????25R0T96???The kinetics of oxidative leaching of chalcopyrite with oxidative reagent A in the presence of silver ions was investigated in this paper. Effects of addition of silver ion,concentration of oxidative reagent A,particle size of chalcopyrite, on the kinetics of leaching course were also discussed and analyzed. The results showed the course of L-S reaction for oxidative leaching chalcopyrite with oxidative reagent A in the presence of silver ions can be agreeably described by diffusion-controlled model. Within the range of this experiment, the specific rate constants, the reaction order and the apparent activation energy were determined. According to the experiment data, the kinetics equation of oxidative leaching chalcopyrite with oxidative reagent A was derived as follows: 1- 32 a-( )321? a=0.0685 o?2r [Ag+]0.27[A]0.29exp ???? 25R0T96 ???t
