摘 要:本文建立以BCHP系统的产品平均成本为目标函数,以余热锅炉排烟温度、蒸发器和省煤器中螺旋翅片管排数、每排管数、管束横向节距和纵向节距为决策变量的余热锅炉优化模型。应用所建立的优化计算模型,对BCHP系统不同工况分别进行优化计算,结果表明,无论在何种工况下,余热锅炉参数优化后其效率比优化前有所提高,冷量分摊的成本、系统的产品平均成本比未优化时均有所降低。Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) plays an important role in the optimization of Building Cooling Heating & Power Generation (BCHP) systems. For the sake of HRSG optimization, a thermo-economic model is established, taking into account the cooling load pattern of BCHP systems. The average exergetic costs of the product produced by BCHP systems are considered the objective function, while the temperature of the flue gas from HRSG, the tube number per row, and the transverse tube pitches and row-to-row distances of tube banks of the evaporator and economizer are adopted as decision-making variables. As an example an HRSG unit of an actual BCHP system was optimized using the program. The results of the optimization show that higher exergetic efficiencies of the HRSG and the whole BCHP system and lower exergy costs corresponding to the products of the system are obtainable compared with the case without such an optimization.
