摘　　要：目的制备超氧化物歧化酶缓释片,并研究其体外释放。方法采用邻苯三酚自氧化法检测超氧化物歧化酶的释放度,并进行影响因素研究。结果超氧化物歧化酶缓释片体外释放曲线符合一级动力学方程,骨架材料的种类、用量、粒度及压片压力对药物释放有明显影响。结论制备的超氧化物歧化酶缓释片具有明显缓释作用。Objective To prepare the control-released tablet of superoxide dismutase and study its release in vitro.Methods Determine the release of superoxide dismutase by the autoxidation of pyrogallol and explore the factors influencing the release.Results The in vitro release curve of superoxide dismutase complied with first-order kinetics.The kind of skeletal material,the amount and particle size of HPMC and compression force influenced the release significantly.Conclusion The prepared tablets were significantly control-released.
