摘　　要：新型反应性防紫外线整理剂DHUV-1是适合于纯棉织物防紫外线整理的紫外线吸收剂,它对UVB(280～315 nm)波段紫外线有强烈的吸收作用,同时具有良好的耐洗性.介绍了它的应用,结果表明:DHUV-1具有类似K型活性染料的工艺曲线,而且适合与K型活性染料同浴染色整理.染料用量为0.3%,整理剂用量为1%时,其碳酸钠推荐用量为20g/L,氯化钠用量为70g/L.就能达到好的防紫外线效果,色差也在允许的范围内.New reactive anti-uv finish DHUV-1 is an ultraviolet light (uv) absorber suitable for uv-proofing finishing of cotton fabrics. It has strong absorption effect on UVB (280~315 nm) band uv and good washing resistance. Its application is presented. The results showed that DHUV-1 has a process curve similar to that of the K type reactive dyes, and is suitable to be used in one-bath finishing with K type reactive dyes. When the dye dosage is 0.3% and DHUV amt. 1%, the soda ash amt. 20 g/L and sodium chloride amt. 70 g/L are recommended to obtain good uv-proofing effect and acceptable shading.
