摘　　要：小农是贫困人口的主体。全球化带来的经济增长有助于减少贫困,但新增利益的分配很不平衡。解决贫困尤其是小农的贫困问题需要国内外的共同努力,协调经济发展和贸易自由化的政策,保证小农有能力实际分享贸易和经济增长所提供的市场机遇。The majority of the poor is small farm holders. The economic growth fuelled by globalization helps reduction of poverty but the distribution of the gain is far from even. Reduction of poverty especially among small farm holders requires international and national efforts in coordinating development and trade reform policies, in order to ensure small farm holders improving their capacities in capturing market opportunity following trade and economic growth.
