活血补肾合剂治疗肾虚血瘀型斑秃的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察活血补肾合剂治疗肾虚血瘀型斑秃的临床疗效,将50例辨证为肾虚血瘀型的斑秃患者随机分成两组进行治疗。治疗组服用活血补肾合剂,对照组服用首乌片,分别于服药后2周、1月、2月、3月对局部毛发生长情况、肾虚血瘀证的证候以及总疗效进行观察。结果:治疗组斑秃症状、肾虚血瘀证证候的改善及总疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。提示活血补肾合剂对肾虚血瘀型斑秃有良好的治疗作用。To observe the clinical efficacy of “Huoxue Bushen Mixture” in the treatment of alopecia areata, 50 subjects were randomized into two groups: “Huoxue Bushen Mixture” was given in treatment group and “Shouwu Tablet” was given in control group. Local hair growth, symptom improvement and clinical efficacy were observed respectively after two-week, one-week, two-week and three-week treatments. Result: Alopecia areata, symptom and clinical efficacy were better in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05). It is indicated that this Mixture is quite effective for alopecia areats of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
