摘  要:造纸黑液在pH值小于3.5时能够大量析出木质素,可以大幅降低后续处理黑液的污染负荷.本研究利用产酸白腐菌可以分解木质素并产酸的特性处理造纸黑液,探讨了产酸白腐菌如何在黑液中实现连续产酸的性能,利用培养产酸白腐菌的三种不同培养基:土豆培养基、土豆黑液培养基及黑液培养基中观测它们的连续产酸能力.在以上三种培养基中,白腐菌都具有一定的连续产酸能力,但产酸强度在三种培养基中均呈下降趋势,即产酸能力逐渐减弱.利用白腐菌代谢的有机酸与无机酸酸析黑液,沉淀得到的上清液培养基中,产酸白腐菌表现为不能产酸,表明白腐菌不能降解自己的代谢产物,而代谢产物的不断积累对产酸白腐菌连续产酸是一种抑制.black liquor of paper making can separate out a great deal lignin when pH is less than 3.5, and the pollution load of black liquor in the successive disposal stage could be reduced sharply. Presently the comprehensive methods fro reducing pH of the black liquor are putting inorganic acid into it. By use of white rot fungi′s ability to degrade lignin and produce acid, in this experiment we treat the black liquor paper making, dealt with the condition in which white rot fungus can continuously produce acid. Three different kinds of culture mediums were utilized to culture acid-producing white rot fungus (AWRF): potato culture medium, potato and black liquor culture mediums, their strength to do so, generally speaking, tend to decrease gradually. It was also the case in the same kind of culture medium. AWRF were used to degrade black liquor separated out by organic acid and inorganic acid, AWRF were found that they can′t produce acid in the upper limpid culture medium after sedimentation. Experiment proves AWRF can not degrade their own metabolite, and the unceasing accumulation of metabolite can restraint AWRF from producing acid continuously.
