腱鞘滑膜巨细胞瘤的诊疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腱鞘滑膜巨细胞瘤的治疗方案及复发的主要原因。方法对42例患者的X线片、B超或MRI检查与术后病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果36例术后无复发,5例在复发后再次手术治愈,1例2次手术后复发恶变行截趾术。结论早期诊断、局部切除是治疗腱鞘滑膜巨细胞瘤的最佳治疗方案,复发主要取决于肿瘤本身的细胞类型和组织结构,彻底切除是防止复发的关键。Objective To investigate the treatment and the main cause of recurrence of the epitenon synovium giant cell tumor.Methods Retrospective analysis to 42 patients by taking common X ray films, B superaudible and the prove of postopration pathology.Results 36 cases were no recurrence,5 cases that recurred were no recurrence after one more opration ,1 case was be dactylolysis because of the canceration after twice oprations.Conclusion Early diagnose and local excision are the best treatment plan of the epitenon synovium giant cell tumor, recurrence most depend on the type of cell and the structure of tissue , the key point of recrudescent prophylaxising is thorough resection.
