摘　　要：目的总结C臂X线监控下闭合复位AO外固定支架治疗儿童下肢骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析21例AO外固定支架治疗儿童下肢骨折的治疗方法及效果。结果所有病例骨折均愈合。6例出现针道感染,2例出现固定针松动。结论闭合复位AO外固定支架治疗儿童下肢骨折手术创伤小、方法简便、并发症少,治疗效果满意。Objective To summarize the efficacy of the treating the lower limb fractures in children with AO external fixator under C-arm X-ray monitoring.Methods To retrospectively analyze the treatment and the effect of the therapy of 21 lower limb fractures in children by AO external fixator.Results All cases got bone union.There were 6 cases which experienced pin channel infection,2 cases experienced pin loosening.Conclusion It is an easy method to treat the lower limb fractures in children with minimal injury and complication,so it has great clinical application value.
