摘  要:由于股骨头内松质骨结构的复杂性,对股骨头内骨小梁的应力和变形的分析与测试十分困难。在已经开展的这一方面的研究工作中主要是进行松质骨试样的宏观力学性能测试。随着计算机和图像技术的发展,图像及图像相关方法开始被用来进行松质骨的生物力学研究,这是非接触的测量方法,可以用来测量松质骨的表面位移场。本文利用图像相关方法在宏观尺度下测量了股骨头受外力作用时冠状面的面内的位移分布,作为进一步探索的开端。尽管松质骨表面的凹凸不平性对测量精度有影响,但是,还是可以分析出面内位移的分布特点。The configurations of cancellous, also called trabecular, in femoral heads are very complicated. This made it difficulty to measure the stress or strains in trabecular. General ways used to study the macro mechanical properties of cancellous bone are measuring deformation of integral bone samples. With the developing of computer and image technique, images and image correlation methods are more and more adopted in biomechanics research of femur head. These are non-contact measurement ways and can be used to investigate the displacement fields of cancellous surface.As an outset for further research to determine the mechanical behaviors of cancellous, one of the image methods, called fractal correlation, is employed to measure the distributions of in-plane displacements field in a dissected femur head. Although, the roughness of the dissected surface has an affect on measurement precision, the results still represent the characteristic of the deformation distribution.
