耐盐性蓝藻Aphanothece halophytica的α-1.4-葡聚糖磷酸化酶的研究

摘　　要：耐盐性蓝藻A.halophyfica细胞中存在着二种低亲和力的磷酸化酶。它与引物糖原的亲和性质与高等植物中的质粒类型的磷酸化酶相似。本试验的结果支持叶绿体共生学说。The analysis employing the affinity-polyacrylamide gel electrophor- esis containing glycogen shows that the cells of A. halophytica contain two types of low affinity form (plastid type) phosphorylase. The affinity ch- aracter of these phosphorylases in A.halophytica is similar to the phosph- orylase which localizes in chloroplasts or amyloplasts of higher plant. The result of this experiment may give support to the symbiotis hypoth- esis of green-blue alga.
