摘　　要：柳宗元的人才与人才资源管理观具有丰富的内涵,主要体现在知人论与人才的考察和评估;任人论与人力资源运用;育人论与人力资源的培训等内容。今天,继承和弘扬柳宗元的人才与人力资源管理这一优秀思想,对于促进当代干部队伍乃至整个中华民族素质的提高和社会的全面进步,具有重大的现实意义。With plentiful connotations,Liu Zongyuan's ideas of talents and human resources management is mainly embodied in the knowing,observation and assessment of people;the cultivation and training of people;the appointment of people and the votilization of human resources,etc.therefore,to inherit and develop these ideas is of great practical significance to the improvement of the quality of contemporary cadres,and even of the Chinese nation as a whole,and to the overall progress of the society.
