摘　　要：采用文献资料法等研究方法,对中国运动员社会保障特别是就业安置、社会保险、社会福利与竞技体育可持续发展的关系进行了论述,认为:完善运动员的社会保障机制有利于促进我国竞技体育的可持续发展。By using the research methods of literature and so on,the present study has expounded the relationship between athlete's social security,especially the employ arrangement,social insurance,social welfare,and the sustainable development of sports.It holds that to perfect the athlete's social security system is good for promoting the sustainable development of sports.
