摘 要:用21个白粉病菌系在6个不同抗性小麦品种上进行苗期混合接种,以观察其侵入阶段病菌的发生发展特征。结果表明,在不同品种上,病菌分生孢子萌发率、萌发速度以及附着胞的形成和成熟均无任何差异,只是在侵入阶段和侵入后才表现差异。这与品种的抗性一致。可以认为,苗期接种进行侵入期的观察可作为品种抗性鉴定的方法之一。The primary infection development, caused by the mixture of 21 Erysiphy graminis DC. f. sp. tritici isolations on 6 seedling varieties with different resistance has been examined. The result shows that the germination percentage, germination spedd of conidium and the formation and maturity of hyphodium have no difference among varieties. The difference of infection just occures during the penetration period and after it.The difference is all the same with the field resistance exhibited by these varieties, It is concluded that the examination of primary infection period in seedling can be used as one of the methods to identify the variety resistance.
