摘 要:采用放射免疫学方法测定血液透析患者和正常人血浆心钠素(ANP)及精氨酸加压素(AVP)的浓度。结果:慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者血浆ANP和AVP水平明显高于正常人(P<0.01);血透后血压正常组随着透析、超滤,血浆ANP和AVP浓度下降,但高血压组AVP水平明显增高,并与血压上升、血钠改变呈显著正相关(分别为r=0.78,P<0.01;r=0.63,P<0.05)。提示血透患者高血压发病除与CRF时血容量增多和肾素-血管紧张素系统活性增加外,还与透析液内钠浓度刺激血浆AVP水平增高有关。The changes in plasma atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) and arginine vasopressin(AVP)in 33 patients with chronic renal fail-ure(CRF)during hemodialysis were studied by means of specific radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the levels of plasmaANP and AVP in the patients with CRF were significantly elevated. After hemodialysis the levels of plasma ANP and AVP in thecases with normal blood pressure fell to the normal levels, but the level of plasma AVP in the cases with high blood pressure gradu-ally elevated and was closely correlated with the elevation of both blood pressure and plasma sodium concentration(r=0. 78,P<0. 01 and r=0. 63,P<0. 05 respectively). The hypertension was related to the change in sodium concentration of the dialysing flu-id,which stimulated an elevation in plasma AVP level.
