摘 要:以H2PtCl66H2O和H2IrCl66H2O为前驱体,通过化学还原共沉积方法制备得到了不同Pt、Ir比例的Pt-Ir/C催化剂,同时在Pt-Ru/C催化剂中添加一定量的Ir,得到Pt-Ru-Ir/C催化剂。样品进行了透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、X射线光电子光谱(XPS)表征并在甲醇、乙醇硫酸溶液中进行了电化学性能测试[循环伏安法(CV)、计时电流法(CA)]。结果表明,Pt基催化剂中添加合适比例的Ir后对于甲醇、乙醇的电催化氧化性能均明显提高,其中Pt∶Ru∶Ir(摩尔百分比)=4∶4∶1的Pt-Ru-Ir/C催化剂对于直接醇类具有最佳的电催化氧化性能。Research on direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) is now focusing on prepar ing high performance catalysts which can promote the formation of OHads and oxid ize CO at a low potential in order to improve the efficiency of methanol and eth anol oxidation. Two Pt-Ir/C catalysts with different ratio and a Pt-Ru-Ir / C ca talyst were prepared. The catalysts were characterized by TEM, XRD, XPS, Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Chronoamperometry (CA) in both methanol vitriolic and ethan ol vitriolic solution. Results were compared with that of commercial Pt-Ru/C cat alyst. Appropriate amounts of Ir added into the Pt-based catalysts can greatly i mprove the methanol and ethanol oxidation performance, much better than that com mercial Pt-Ru/C catalyst. Among the three prepared catalysts, the Pt-Ru-Ir / C c atalyst with the ratio of Pt∶Ru∶Ir(mol%)=4∶4∶1 has the best alcohol oxidatio n performance.
