摘 要:Li-FeS2电池正极的传统工艺是将正极活性物质与导电剂和粘结剂混合,并高速搅拌成浆涂布在铝箔上。这种工艺制造的Li-FeS2电池容量较小,不能满足高速发展的电子产品对电池高容量的要求。为了提高AA型Li-FeS2电池的容量,对电池的正极制造进行了研究。用轧膜法代替涂布法制造正极的工艺,可增大极片的密度和比能量,对提高电池的容量有明显效果。根据对加有不同电解液量电池的放电容量及电池内阻的测试结果,选取了电池的最佳电解液量为2.6g。The capacity of Li-FeS2 batteries manufactured by the traditional tech nology is low and can not meet the request of high capacity battery for modern e lectric products application.The cathode manufacture technology was investigated in order to improve the capacity and power of AA Li-FeS2 battery.The results sh ow that substituting the spreading method by membrane pressing method to manufac ture cathode can increase the density and specific energy and has obvious effect on improving battery capacity.The optimum electrolyte content for a single cell is determined as 2.6 g according to the test results for discharge capacity and internal resistance of the cells with various electrolyte content.
