摘 要:概述了有关固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)阳极结构研究的进展,探讨了阳极的组成材料、孔隙率、孔的微观结构、多层结构以及界面性质等因素对SOFC性能的影响。分析了多孔阳极的微观结构,指出各向异性的孔状结构会损害阳极性能。总结了阳极材料制备工艺参数对阳极孔隙率的影响。比较了近年来开发的几种多层阳极并指出其结构特点以及制备工艺的难点。介绍了加入混合导体层来改善SOFC电极/电解质界面性质的方法。The research progress on anode structure for solid oxide fuel cell (S OFC) was presented. The factors, such as the materials of anode, the porosity of anode, the microstructure of pore, the structure of multilayer and the performa nce of the interface between electrode and electrolyte which affect the performa nce of SOFC were discussed. The fact that the anisotropic pores deteriorate the anode performance was disclosed by investigated the anode microstructure. The pr ocess parameters which influence the porosity of anode were analyzed. Some diffe rent kinds of multilayered anode were compared and the key points of their manuf acture process were emphasized. A method to improve the performance of the inter face between electrode and electrolyte was introduced.
