摘　　要：抗战爆发后,中共根据新时期的战争特点,及时地作出了由运动战向游击战转变的战略决策。在这一方针的指导下。华北地区兴起了汹涌澎湃的抗日游击战争。重创了敌军,建立了许多抗日根据地,为抗日战争的胜利打下了基础。<Abstrcat> Chinese Communist Party promptly switches the military strategies from the mobile wars to the guerrilla wars soon after the outbreak of the anti-Japanese war. Under the guidance of this policy, the North China sees the waves of the guerrillas whose victories severely attack the enemy, help to set up many revolutionary bases, and thus lay the foundation for the final victory of the anti-Japanese war.
