摘 要:在传统的单个环形铁心式可控饱和电抗器结构中,分别增加了一个检测绕组和二次绕组,将检测绕组端电压的有效值之差作为反馈量,利用零磁通的闭环控制原理,构造一种新型自平衡直流比较仪,并从理论上证明了其可行性。提出利用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合以建立该比较仪传感头的传递函数,并基于MATLAB软件中的SIMULINK仿真环境,研究了它的动态特性、静态特性和静态误差,给出了确保整个测量系统稳定和获得最高灵敏度应满足的条件。仿真与实验结果表明,该比较仪是一种混成式自平衡装置,它兼顾了磁调制器的高敏感度、低漂移和磁放大器输出特性不会出现虚假平衡点、高线性度等优点,具有饱和电抗器结构紧凑、操作方便、控制迅速等优势。A novel self-balanced DC comparator centered on the traditional controllable saturable reactor (CSR) is proposed. Detection winding and secondary winding are added up to the single toroidal core. On the basis of the zero-flux principle, the differential virtual value of the terminal voltage of the detection winding is taken as the feedback variance for the closed loop control of the comparator. The transfer function of the sensor head of the comparator can be established through curve fitting technique based on least square method. The dynamic and static characteristics and static error of the comparator are analyzed under the SIMULINK environment of the MATLAB software. The conditions for guaranteeing the stability and acquiring high sensibility of the comparator are presented. Simulation and experimental results both indicate that the proposed comparator belongs to a hybrid self-balanced apparatus. It is of many advantages, such as the high sensitivity and low excursion of the magnetic modulation comparator, high linearity and good output characteristic of the magnetic amplifier. Besides, it has the same merits with the saturated reactor, such as compact structure, convenient operation and fast control.
