摘 要:高压线路保护中,当系统发生故障时,由于电压的降落,CVT将产生暂态效应,可能引起正方向距离保护的暂态超越。传统消除CVT暂态超越的方法是延时,这样就牺牲了保护的速动性。论文发现不同保护算法产生暂态超越的时刻是不同的,据此提出基于多种傅氏算法相配合来消除CVT暂态超越的新方法,EMTP仿真表明区外故障时,新方法可以在较短时内做出正确判断,可靠保证保护不误动;而区内故障时,新方法相较传统保护更为速动,从而全面提升了其性能。In the protection of HVPS (High Voltage Power Supply), the transient effect of CVT time by the fall of voltage in fault is likely to lead to the transient overreach of the protection. The usual approach to solve this problem is time delay which should make protection slowly. In this paper, the deference of the transient overreach time depending on deferent Fourier algorithms in use is found. Based on the cooperation of the deferent Fourier algorithms, a novel approach to eliminate the transient overreach of CVT is proposed. The EMTP simulation results indicate that the effectiveness and rapidness of new approach including the in-zone and out-zone faults.
