摘  要:将腈纶工业下角料加碱水解,用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸磺化,与甲醛、聚醚多元醇进行接枝、交联,制得降滤失剂KWY.简介了合成过程,进行了室内性能评价.由加入KWY的各种钻井液150℃静态老化16小时后测得的API滤失量值,确定KWY在淡水钻井液中的加量范围为0.4%~0.5%,在盐水和海水钻井液中的加量范围为1.0%~1.5%.根据塑性粘度、动切力、API滤失量测定值求出0.4%KWY在淡水钻井液中的耐温性为180℃,1.5%KWY在4%、15%、35%盐水钻井液和海水钻井液中的耐温性为160℃;KWY的性能优于胜利油田使用的一种HPAN(JS).由油藏砂在77℃滚动16小时的回收率来看,1%KWY溶液对页岩的抑制性近似于或好于5%KCl溶液.图1表2参2.The titled chemical agent is prepared in laboratory from a powdered fibrious acrylic waste through alkaline hydrolysis, sulfonation with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, and graft-reaction/crosslinking with formalin and a polyetherpolyol. The process of synthesis is described briefly.The main performance properties of filtrate loss reducer KWY are evaluated in laboratory.Through measurements of filtrate loss,FL(API), of the KWY-treated drilling fluids ( DFs) aged at 150℃in 16 hrs under static conditions it is established that the optimal dosage of KWY in fresh water drilling fluid (FWDF) is in range 0.4—0.5% and in salt water and sea water DFs is in range 1.0—1.5%.On the basis ofPV, YPandFL(API) determinations it is ascertained that the heat resistancy of KWY (0.4%) in FWDF is of 180℃and of KWY (1.5%) in 4%, 15%, and 35% salt water and sea water DFs—160℃; according to these parameters of DFs, KWY is better than JS, an HPAN.The results of tests on reservoir sand recovery after rolling at 77℃in 16 hrs show that the shale inhibiting capacity of 1% KWY solution is similar to or higher than that of 5% KCl solution.
