摘　　要：针对含水100%、油层出水的桩106-18-21井,研制了选择性堵水剂JCT.该剂由聚合物组分、改性氨基树脂组分、Cr3+交联剂(重铬酸盐+硫代硫酸盐)、水配制而成,其中聚合物组分为未分离的丙烯酰胺反相乳液聚合反应产物,是JCT具有封堵选择性的主要因素.讨论并介绍了各组分的组成、配方及制备方法.筛选出了形成的凝胶强度和弹性均好,成胶时间在20～26小时范围,聚合物组分+树脂组分质量分数递增(3%+3%～6%+6%)的4个堵水剂配方,作为桩106-18-21井堵水施工的4个段塞,设计注入量分别为22、20、10、10 m3.该井实施堵水施工后1.5个月,产液量和产油量达到45 t/d和15 t/d并维持4.5个月之久.介绍了堵水施工工艺.表2参4.A selective water plugging agent, JCT, is developed for performing water shutoff operation in 100% water cut production well Zhuang106-18-21 with water producing zones in reservoir formations.JCT is composed of a polymer (P) and a modified amino resin (AR) components and Cr3+crosslinker (bichromate+ hyposulfate) in water.The component P is an unseparated product of acrylamide inverse phase emulsion polymerization, being the main factor for selectivity in water plugging.The ingredients, recepts, and methods of preparing every component of JCT are discussed and presented.4 recepts of plugging agent JCT are experimentally established with gradually increased mass fractions of components P+AR (3%+3%—6%+6%) and all these compositions gelate in 20—26 hrs, form gels of good elasticity and strength and are used as 4 slugs in a water plugging operation in well Zhuang-106-18-21 with the designed injection volume 22,20,10, and 10 m3, respectively.The water plugging operation performed has resulted in that the liquid and the oil output of this well increased to 45 and 15 t/d after 1.5 months and kept at this level in following 4.5 months.
