摘 要:采用分别以重铬酸盐+还原剂和有机铬酸盐为交联剂的两种聚合物铬冻胶为堵水剂,依据在温度75℃、矿化度19227 mg/L条件下测绘的成胶时间等值图和突破真空度(强度)等值图选择冻胶堵水剂配方,要求冻胶强度达到Sydansk相对强度代码H级.将不同成胶时间的冻胶设置在高渗透条带不同位置,实施油井选择性堵水.1966年投入注水开发的胜二区22N169井,地层温度70~75℃,地层水矿化度16~17 g/L,含Ca2++Mg2+ 385 mg/L,到2003年3月已被水淹,但数值模拟得到的剩余油饱和度分布表明该井仍有生产潜力.采用上述堵水技术从油套环空注入堵水剂585 m3,其中近井地带(半径3~6 m)64 m3,过渡地带(半径6~9 m) 107 m3,远井地带(9~16 m) 414 m3,使原油产量由1.3 t/d增至9.6 t/d,含水由96.9%降至36.0%,到2003年10月该井仍处于增产有效期.图6表1参6.The water plugging agents used are two polymer/Cr3+gelling fluids ( GFs) with bichromate/reducer and organic acid chromium salt as crosslinker; the composition of GFs is determined according to contour line maps of gelation time and breakthrough pressure (relative strength) at 75℃; the relative strength of gelled fluids is required to reach grade“H”in Sydansk s code system.To perform selective water plugging in a production well, the gelling fluids of different gelation time are squeezed into the well through annulus and placed to different positions of the high permeability zones.Production well 22N169 in district Sheng-2, Shengtuo oil field, Shengli, put into production with water flood in 1966 and flooded out by water in March 2003, is characterized by reservoir temperature 70—75℃, formation water salinity 16—17 g/L, and Ca2++Mg2+content 385 mg/L.For this well, the residual oil saturation distribution obtained by the way of digital simulation shows definite production potential.Totally 585 m3of gelling fluids is injected into the well: 64 m3to the near bore zones of radius 3—6 m, 107 m3to the transition zones of radius 6—9 m, and 414 m3 to the far bore zones of radius 9—16 m( March 2003).In result the daily oil production is increased from 1.3 t to 9.6 t and the water cut is decreased from 96.9% to 36.0%; the positive response to the water control operation is still observed in Oct 2003.
