摘  要:为了防止胜利孤岛油田含H2S和CO2酸性气体、采出水矿化度高的油井井下腐蚀,研制了以炔氧甲基胺及其季胺盐为主缓蚀剂,酰胺咪唑啉为复配缓蚀剂,加入多种辅助组分和加工助剂,用挤压成型方法制成的固体缓蚀剂GTH(φ55 mm、L 250 mm的棒状物).65℃时加量15和20 mg/L的主缓蚀剂对N80钢试片在油田采出水中的缓蚀率为85%和90%,加入复配缓蚀剂使缓蚀率提高1%~2%.考察了含不同量缓蚀成分的GTH在65℃(及90℃)自来水中0~30天的动、静态溶出率,确定用于孤岛油田的GTH中缓蚀成分的含量为40%,在室内测得在油田采出水中的溶出速率为2.3~2.5 mg/d·cm2,按日产液量每10 m3下入2 m长棒状缓蚀剂,可在一定时间内使油井采出水中缓蚀成分浓度维持在13 mg/L.根据7口油井的检测数据,下入GTH后采出水的腐蚀速率平均由0.138 mm/a降至0.023 mm/a,缓蚀率为83%.简介了将GTH下入井内的工艺.在孤岛油田将该防腐蚀方法用于35口油井,32口井的检泵周期由4个月延长至8个月以上.图5表5参3.A solidified corrosion inhibition composition (SCIC), GTH, in form of sticks 55 mm in diameter and 250 mm long is prepared by the way of extrusion from a mixture of di(ethinyloxy) methyl amines and their quarternary salts as main inhibitor (MI), amidoimidazolines as supplementary inhibitor (SI), and a lot of auxiliary ingredients and forming aids for the purpose of controlling downhole corrosion in the oil wells producing sour gaseous H2S and CO2and high salinity formation water at Gudao oil fields of Shengli.The corrosion inhibition rate (CIR) to N80 steel specimens in the produced water at 65℃and at dosage 15 and 20 mg/L is of 85% and 90%, respectively, for the MI alone and an increment of 1—2% is observed with MI+SI used.The dissolving out of the active inhibitive ingredients (AIIs) from SCIC containing vrarious amount of AIIs in tap water at 65℃(and 90℃) in 0—30 days at static and dynamic conditions is investigated intensively and the optimal content of AIIs in SCIC for Gudao is established as 40%. The rate of dissolving out of AIIs from this SCIC determined in the produced water at 65℃is of 2.3—2.5 mg/d.cm2.This SCIC being placed downhole in oil wells in amount of 2 m long per every 10 m3of daily liquid production will release AIIs in the produced water at a practically constant level of 13 mg/L in a definite time length.The monitoring data show that the corrosion rate of the produced water from 7 oil wells with SCIC placed decreases from 0.138 mm/a to 0.023 mm/a in average, that is, CIR=83%.The technology of SCIC placement downhole in oil wells is described in brief.This corrosion control technology has been applied in 35 oil wells at Gudao oil fields and the overhaul life of the lift pumps in 32 wells has been prolonged from 4 months to more than 8 months.
