摘　　要：民族精神是一个国家、民族赖以生存和发展的根基。在全球化、信息化时代背景下,以民族精神为核心构建学校校园文化是时代的要求,也是高等学校自身发展的要求。了解高校校园文化建设的现状是切实加强和改进高校校园文化建设的重要前提。加强高校校园文化建设是一项系统工程,需要战略眼光和相关建设对策。National spirit is the foundation for a country or a nation to live and develop. In the times of globalization and informationization, building cultural system centred on national spirit in campuses is not only the demand of times but also the demand of self-development of institutions of higher learning. To enhance and improve building cultural system in universities, knowing its situation well is an important premise. This work is a system project, so it needs strategic foresight and relevant building countmeasure.
