西北高校公体教师综合素质评价模型的研究

摘　　要：为了研究西北高校公体教师综合素质评价中的主观性确定评价指标和指标权重的方法,运用特尔斐法和优序图分析法对西北高校部分专家进行问卷咨询,并对所得问卷进行数理统计,建立了综合素质的评价模型,其中在评价初级、中级和高级职称的公体教师时有不同要求,用不同的权重系数来反映并应用本模型对西北高校部分公体教师进行了实测检验。In order to search the Synthetically Quality Evaluate Model of Physical Education Teachers in the Northwest Universities, This article uses to seek counsel of investigate method to specialists, then settle evaluate index of content and coefficient, build - up synthetically quality evaluate model of professors, scholars and teaching assistants. Lately, the author uses this model exam the Physical Education teachers of Chang an University, in order to see the result of the model.
