摘　　要：本文探讨了软件技术保护与合理使用冲突的原因,提出了解决冲突的对策,即确定技术保护措施的合理界限,建立特许性法定许可制度。The reason of conflict between technology protection of software copyright and reasonable usage are discussed in this paper, and the countermeasure of establishing reasonable limit of technology protection measure and licensed legal permission system is put forward to settle the conflict.
