摘 要:研究了运输、温度和空气暴露胁迫对许氏平鮋(Sebastesschlegeli)和花鲈(Lateolabraxmaculatus)血液生化指标的影响。60min长途运输使许氏平和花鲈的血糖含量都有所上升,其中许氏平的血糖含量在运输后24h基本恢复到正常水平,而花鲈的血糖水平在168h后可恢复到稳定状态。季节温度变化是引起春冬两季许氏平血糖水平在经运输胁迫后产生差异的主要原因,春季(4月)经运输胁迫后鱼体血糖含量约为冬季(11月)的1.4倍。在温度梯度实验中,设定不同温度组(10℃、15℃、20℃、23.5℃、26℃)检测许氏平血糖和血沉降的变化,血糖值出现峰值,而血沉降则随温度升高一直表现出上升趋势。在温度梯度实验基础上进行的空气暴露实验中,各胁迫组的血糖含量升高,血沉降轻微降低但整体变化趋势与温度梯度实验结果相似。Stress is defined as the effect of any environmental alteration or force that extends homeostatic or stabilizing processes beyond their normal limits,at any level of biological organization. Physical or environmental disturbances that are severe enough to cause stress require a compensatory action by fish and thus the stress response is a mechanism which enables fish to avoid or overcome potentially threatening,noxious or harmful situations. Nevertheless,few studies have examined the recovery of Sebastes schlegeli and Lateolabrax maculatus from physiological stress during transportation and temperature change by using biochemical indicators. This study deals with the effects of transportation,temperature and exposure to air on blood biochemical indices of S. schlegeli and L. maculatus. The transport experiment was carried out during the regular procedures of the local aquiculture company so to repeat the real condition of transportation. Blood samples were collected from the fish immediately after the transportation and additionally at 24?h,(48?h,)96?h and 168?h after transport to observe the variation trends of plasma level of glucose during the recovery period. The plasma glucose levels were measured with O-TB method and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) was examined by capillary method. The results showed that the plasma glucose levels of the two fishes were both elevated after 60?min transportation,and then the plasma glucose level of S. schlegeli decreased significantly within 24?h. At 168?h after transportation,the plasma glucose level of L. maculatus returned to normal values. It was reported that the changes of plasma glucoses related with the habits and behaviors of fish. The active L. maculatus had high plasma glucose level after transportation and recovers slowly. S. schlegeli with lower swimming capability showed a good tolerance to transportation stress and the plasma glucose level recovered quickly after the transportation.
