摘 要:利用间歇式完全混合厌氧生物反应器对硫酸盐生物还原体系的温度效应进行了研究。分别在25~40℃之间的6个温度段上进行了实验,并对影响机理进行了分析,重点考察了不同温度下添加Fe0对硫酸盐还原反应的强化作用。结果表明,36℃是最适合硫酸盐还原反应的环境温度,温度升高或降低都不利于反应进行,导致延迟期延长,反应速率和最终SO24-去除量下降,且温度越低反应受到的抑制作用越强。Fe0对硫酸盐生物还原反应有强化作用,反应温度越低Fe0的强化效果越显著。25℃时加入Fe0,体系的平均反应速度、SO24-去除量和SO24-还原率比未加Fe0时分别提高了46.6%、76.5%和79.2%,另外可使溶液pH值提高,可溶性S2-浓度降低,反应过程中消耗的COD量减少,ΔCOD/ΔSO24-比值减小,其值为0.94左右。Effect of temperature on biological sulfate reduction system was studied by mixing intermittent biological reactor. Experiments were conducted on six temperature phases from 25℃~40℃ and the mechanism of temperature effect was analyzed. Enhancement of iron addition on biological sulfate reduction reaction under different temperatures was studied emphatically. It was indicated that 36℃ was more favorable for sulfate reduction. Higher or lower temperatures went against the process, which resulted in the postponing of delay phase and the decline of reaction velocity and removing SO42- quantity. Moreover, the lower the temperature, the stronger the restrained action. Fe0 had enhancement action on biological sulfate reduction reaction; the lower the reaction temperature, the more marked the Fe0 enhancement effect. When adding Fe0 at 25℃, the system's average reaction speed, SO42- removal quantity and SO42- reduction rate increased by 46.6%, 76.5% and 79.2% respectively in comparison with those without adding Fe0; in addition, adding Fe0 enabled pH of solution rising, concentration of dissoluble S2- lowering, consumed COD quantity decreasing, the ratio of ΔCOD to ΔSO42- decreasing, which was about 0.94.
