摘 要: 采用单辊快凝直接制备和先制成非晶单相合金再经不同温度退火两种方法制备了高强度的Al87Ce3Ni8.5Mn1.5纳米非晶复合材料.用X光衍射(XRD)技术,透射电镜(TEM)和差示扫描量热(DSC)研究和比较了材料的形成条件、显微结构、α-Al晶粒尺寸、体积分数和显微硬度.后一种方法制备的复合材料结构更均匀,显微硬度更高,过程较容易控制.<Abstrcat>The higher mechanical strength Al_(87)Ce_3Ni_(8.5)Mn_(1.5) nanophase amorphous composites have been produced with two methods. The first nanophase amorphous composites directly are produced by melt spinning without any further heat treatment .The approach taken for the second nanophase amorphous composites is to first obtain wholly amorphous material through melt spinning, followed by isothermal annealing at different temperatures .The formative condition, the microstructure .the particle size, the volume fraction of α-Al phase and microhardness of nanophase amorphous composites have been investigated and compared by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The microstructure of composites produced by the second method is more homogeneous than former .The microhardness of composites produced the second method is higher than the former .The control of experiment conditions is easer in the latter .
