摘　　要：本文主要介绍在Delphi中如何利用常用的数据控件实现Access数据表导入到Excel和利用ADO组件实现Excel数据导入到Access数据表的方法。The main introduction of this paper is how to make use of t he method that the common data controls to carry out the Access data from into the Excel and how to make use of the ADO component to carry out the Excel data into the Access data table in the Delphi.
