豫东平原欠发达地区新型工业化的循环经济模式

摘　　要：在党的十六大明确提出走新型工业化道路之后,全国各省区纷纷提出自己的新型工业化道路,并把信息化作为实现新型工业化的主要途径。在对豫东平原欠发达地区工业化进程进行综合判断的基础上,文章指出,应积极地发挥后发优势,引入循环经济的理念来推进豫东平原的新型工业化进程。In the circumstance that all the provinces promoted their own new road lead to the industrialization, IT development has become the main road to realize industrialization. Based on the synthetic study on the industrial process in the underdeveloped area of east Henan plain, the author suggests that it is important to propel the new industrialization process with the concept of recycle economy.
