摘 要:为了探讨求解电解槽电磁场的计算方法,在对实际铝电解槽做出合理假设的基础上,利用ANSYS电磁场有限元法,建立了电解槽三维电磁场有限元模型,计算了槽内电流密度分布;根据槽内电流密度分布,利用耦合法求出了熔体电流产生的磁场;采用标量磁位法计算本槽槽周母线及邻槽母线在本槽产生的磁场,熔体电流产生的磁场与槽周母线产生的磁场相加就得到总的电磁场分布。通过对卖际230kA试验槽的电磁场分布计算,计算结果和实测结果比较一致,说明了该计算方法的正确性。In this paper, we propose the calculation approach of the 3 - D electromagnetic fields of aluminum reduction cells based on ANSYS program. First, three dimensional (3D) finite element model of a single aluminum reduction cell for calculating its electric current fields is generated. The current density distributions are obtained in order that they may be brought into the magnetic analysis. Thus the 3D magnetic field distributions derived by the current density in the aluminum reduction cell are described. Then, the 3 D finite element models with respect to the current around the cell and the affections of the current of the adjacent aluminum reduction cells are performed and the magnetic fields are computed by using magnetic scalar potential. The 3D total magnetic field distributions are determined. Finally, the 3D finite element models of 230kA trial cell are built. The magnetic field distributions of cell 5 are graphed and the computation results are compared with the measurement data. Identification is found.
