摘　　要：天坛饭店建成于1991年,当时设计采用的是78规范。随着国民经济的发展,人民生活水平日益提高,原有的一些设施已不能满足现代使用功能的要求。应业主要求对原建筑进行改造,并结合改造进行结构加固,达到在改善使用功能的同时提高结构抗震能力,获得了一些改造工程加固技术运用的经验。The Tiantan Hotel was built in 1991. During that time, the design was based on the 78'Code system. By the development of national economy, some equipment does not satisfy the modern functional requirement. The designers strengthen and rehabilitate the old building, by the owner's requirement, in order to balance the earthquake resistant capability and the improvement of the service function. New experiences of strengthening application were obtained.
