摘　　要：城市化的加速推进使我国城市与其区域发展日趋紧密,因而可将城市与区域视为一个有机系统。从哲学视角回顾了城市与区域发展的系统思想演变,并以系统论的观点总结了城市——区域系统的基本特点,最终提出了用于引导我国城市与区域发展的新思维。With urbanization accelerating to advance, the development of city and region are being compacted increasingly in China, so city and region can be seen as an organic system. To look back the evolution of system thoughts in the development of city and region from the view of philosophy. To sum up the basic characteristics of City-Region according to systemic thoughts. At last, to put forward the new thoughts to guide the development of city and region.
