摘　　要：航海事业的国际化迫切需要数字海图生产实现规范化和系统化,这也正是GIS发展和数字海图商品化的重要前提。目前数字海图生产已经逐步实现了由纸质海图向数字海图的转变,并不断完善和发展。本文结合我国目前数字海图生产的基本情况,提出了一个比较合理的数字海图生产系统,并对数字海图的版权保护问题进行了研究。最后对数字海图生产今后的发展方向进行了探讨。The internationalization of navigation demands the standardization and systematization of the digital chart production which is also an important basis for the development of GIS and the commercialization of digital chart.At present,the digital chart production has gradually completed the transfer from the traditional paper chart into digital chart,and the production is continuously abundant.This paper firstly analyzed the background of digital chart production in china,then represented current digital chart production system,and discussed the copyright protection of digital chart.At the end,comments and suggestions were given for the development of digital chart production and its copyright protection in the future.
