摘　　要：介绍了一种高功率小型化T/R组件的组成及工作原理;结合该型T/R组件发射通道的特点,论述了小型化发射通道设计的几项关键技术,这主要包括:匹配电路小型化设计;3dB电桥的设计;输出功率可调的实现。This paper briefly introduces the composition and principle for a kind of high power small-sized T/R modules. Combining the characteristics of transmitter channel, a few key techniques for the design of a small-sized transmitter channel are discussed. These key techniques include designing of small-sized matching circuits, designing of 3 dB bridge and realizing of the adjustable output power.
