摘  要:用共沉淀法制备了Mg-Al水滑石(LDH),经焙烧得Mg-Al-O体系(镁铝复合氧化物,LDO),运用X衍射对其进行初步表征,考察了在一步法合成乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯(EGEEA)中焙烧温度对LDO催化性能的影响,结果表明焙烧温度为1000℃时其结晶度好,表面带有酸碱活性中心,可作为一步法合成EGEEA的催化剂,EGEEA的收率达68.62%。<Abstrcat> Hydrotalcite(LDH) was prepared by coprecipitation, and Mg/Al composite oxides (Mg-Al-O, LDO) was obtained by calcination of LDH .The effects of calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of LDO in the synthesis of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate (EGEEA) by one step were investigated. XRD analysis found that hydrotalcite calcined at 1000℃ had good crystal form and held acid and alkaline centers. LDO was an suitable catalyst for synthesis of EGEEA, and the yield of EGEEA was up to 68.62%.
