摘  要:用石油发酵法制备的十三碳二元胺和十一碳二元酸合成了尼龙1311。用IR和1HNMR表征了尼龙1311的结构。用DSC、TG和DTG研究了聚合物的耐热性能,测定了尼龙1311的物理机械性能。结果表明,尼龙1311具有较好的热性能,力学性能与尼龙12相当,吸水率小于尼龙12,是一种性能优良的工程塑料。PA 1311 was synthesized from petroleum fermentation undecanedioic acid and tridecanedioic amide.The prepared PA 1311 was characterized by means of infrared spectro-metry(IR), and 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance( 1H-NMR), and the physical and mechanical properties of PA 1311 were determined by means DSC and TGA.The results showed that PA 1311 had good thermal property, and its mechanical properties were about the same as those of PA 12, its water absorption was lower than that of PA 12, being an engineering plastics with superior properties.
