摘 要:采用纳米炭黑对ABS进行填充,研究了纳米炭黑用量对ABS复合材料导电性和屏蔽效能的影响.结果表明,随着炭黑含量的增加,复合材料的导电性和屏蔽效能明显增强,当炭黑的质量分数为35%时,体积电阻率达到103 Ω*cm,屏蔽效能增加到6 dB.而且体积电阻率的变化存在明显的二次逾渗现象,分别出现在炭黑质量分数为15%~20%和30%~35%处.ABS was filled with nano-meter carbon black,and the effects of carbon black fraction on the electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (SE) of the ABS composites were studied.The results indicated that with the increase of CB mass fraction,the electrical conductivity and SE of the composite increased obviously,the volume resistivity was the lowest value of 103Ω·cm and the SE was about 6dB when the CB mass fraction rose to 35%.In addition,there were two obvious percolation effects at 15%~20% and 30%~35% CB mass fraction respectively in the course of the volume resistivity changing.
