摘  要:应用二次正交回归旋转组合设计方法,研究麦田生态系统中主要捕食性天敌龟纹瓢虫[Propyleajaponila(Thumberg)]成虫、异色瓢虫[Leisaxyridis(Pallas)]成虫、大灰食蚜蝇(SyrphuscorollaeFabricius)幼虫与禾缢管蚜[Rhopalosiphumpadi(Thumberg)]、麦长管蚜(SitobionavenaeKirby)共存条件下天敌对麦蚜的控制作用,从而建立天敌麦蚜捕食模型。该模型可反映麦蚜存活率与各参试因子之间的数量关系,不存在失拟因素。模型主效应分析表明:影响禾缢管蚜存活率的因子由大到小排序为异色瓢虫、自身密度、龟纹瓢虫、大灰食蚜蝇;影响麦长管蚜存活率的因子由大到小排序为异色瓢虫、龟纹瓢虫、自身密度、大灰食蚜蝇。分析了天敌之间的相互作用及其对两种麦蚜的存活影响,初步建立了天敌控制麦蚜的最佳密度组合。<Abstrcat> The mathematical prey-model was established by using the method of rotational composite design of square orthogonal regression in the coexistent system of three kinds of natural enemies (Propylea japonila, Leis axyridis, Syrphus corollae) and two aphids (Rhopalosiphum padi, Sitobion avenae). The research results showed that the model may indicate the relationship between the survival rates of aphid and its natural enemies. By a major factors analysis, the results showed that the capability of influence on bird-cherry aphid survival rates was the order of L.axyridis>itself density>P.japonila>S.corollae; To grain aphid, the order was L.axyridis>P.japonila>itself density>S.corollae. Meanwhile, the mutual influence between two natural enemies and their effect on survival rates was analyzed, the optimal proportion of the three predators in the multi-predators systems was established preliminarily.
