摘　　要：根据油田开发需要,建成了井下工具实验室。该实验室同时通过了国家“实验室认可”和“计量认证”,其中的一套油浸试验系统属国内领先水平,它主要由油浸试验井、试验系统流程、自动化监控及配套设施四大部分组成。油浸试验井采用立式安装,模拟井下状态更加真实,可完成对101.6～177.8mm(4～7英寸)系列井下工具在温度180℃、压力120MPa条件下的高温、高压油浸性能检测,并可模拟井下两级三段管柱工作状态,实现对管柱的性能测试,为井下工具的研究和设计提供可靠的试验数据。An oil immersion test system is developed for downhole tools by the Oil Production Engineering and Technology Research Institute of Zhongyuan Oilfield. The test system is mainly comprised of oil immersion test well, test system operating flow, automatic monitoring and auxiliary equipment. The operating principle of these four parts is introduced. The test system can carry out performance test of φ101.6~177.8 mm oil immersed downhole tools at 180 ℃ and 120 MPa, as well as performance inspection of tubing string. It thereby provides reliable test data for the design of downhole tools.
