摘　　要：目的测定β榄香烯油水分配系数。方法摇瓶法,选用PEG20M弹性石英毛细管柱为分离柱,水杨酸甲酯为内标物,毛细管气相色谱法为检测手段测定β榄香烯油水分配系数。结果含量测定的线性范围为52.00～416.0mg·L-1,方法平均回收率为102.6%～104.8%,日内RSD和日间RSD分别小于1.26%和1.47%。结论该方法可作为β榄香烯油水分配系数的测定方法之一。Objective To determine oil-water partition coefficients of β-elemene.Methods Gas chromatography with PEG-20M capillary column was used to separate β-elemene.Shake-flask method was developed to determine the oil-water partition coefficients of β-elemene.Results The calibration curve was linear ((R^2=)(0.999 6))with the range of 52.00～ (416.0 mg·L^(-1)) for β-elemene.The precision of interday and intraday were less than 1.26% and 1.47%,the recovery of the method were 102.6%～104.8%.Conclusion The method can be used for the oil-water partition coefficients determination of β-elemene.
