正交设计结合金氏概率相加法确定阿司匹林与磷酸川芎嗪抗血小板聚集最佳配比

摘　　要：目的探讨阿司匹林(asprin,Asp)与磷酸川芎嗪(phosphoricacidligustrazine,Plt)抗血小板聚集作用最加配比。方法采用正交设计结合金氏概率相加法。结果Asp与Plt质量比为1∶1时,抗血小板聚集协同作用最好。结论Asp与Plt配伍抗血小板聚集有很好的协同作用。Objective To optimize the proportion of aspirin plus phosphoric acid ligustrazine in inhibition of platelet aggregation.Methods Orthogonal design and Jin probabilitywas used for the optimization of the proportion of aspirin and phosphoric acid liqustrazine.Results The best proportion is one to one.Conclusion phosphoric acid ligustrazine can inhibit platelet aggregation in coordination with aspirin in a ratio of one to one.
