卫生事业管理相关期刊的信息利用分析

摘　　要：目的　对卫生事业管理专业期刊利用现状进行统计分析,提出提高专业期刊利用率的相关措施。方法　对卫生管理系资料室1997～2 0 0 3年各期刊进行分类,分为基础类、专业类、直接相关类、间接相关类,对以上期刊信息分类进行统计。结果　除1997年外,各年度各类期刊中以专业类期刊信息利用率最高,平均利用率为92 0 %。系资料室与学院图书馆期刊重复种类比较,专业类杂志重复率最高(P <0 0 1) ,其次为间接相关类。结论　期刊利用率以专业类最高。各年度期刊利用率呈上升趋势,提示应进一步加强期刊管理以进一步提高期刊使用效率。Objective To analyze the utilizing rate of professional periodicals related to health management and put forward managements in order to increase the utilization rate of periodicals. Methods The periodicals related to health management in our reference room from 1997 to 2003 were classified as basic, professional, direct and indirect to health management. The information of these periodicals was analyzed. Results The average rate of utilization for all periodicals was 92%. The utilization rate of professional periodicals was the highest among four kinds of periodical every year with an exception of 1997. The repetitive possession rate of professional periodical between the reference room of Department of Health Management and the library of Weifang Medical College was the highest among all kinds of periodicals (P<0.01) and the second place was the kind of indirect correlation to health management. Conclusion The utilization rate of information in professional periodicals was the highest and the rate for four kinds of periodical was increasing annually. The results suggested that the management for periodicals must be improved in order to increase the utilizing efficiency of periodicals.
