摘　　要：介绍了钢-混凝土混合结构住宅的特征和在国内外的应用,简述了目前国内外钢-混凝土混合结构的研究进展情况,最后介绍了正在研究的小高层钢-混凝土混合结构住宅体系.The characteristics of steel-concrete mixed structures and its applications to the practical engineering of residence in the world are introduced. The recent scientific research progress of steel-concrete mixed structures in our country and abroad has been summarized. At last, the high-rise steel-concrete mixed structure system, which is under way, is mentioned.
