静脉留置针拔管后针眼局部止血时间延长原因分析

摘　　要：目的:对比静脉留置针头和普通头皮针头拔针后针眼局部按压止血时间,避免留置针头拔针后出现针眼局部出血现象。方法:将270例浅静脉输液患者随机分为两组,每组135例,A组采用普通头皮针头静脉输液,B组采用浅静脉留置针头输液,观察两组拔针后针眼局部按压止血时间。结果:拔针后A组病例针眼局部按压止血时间135例中有102例<3min,占多数,超过5min只有1例,而B组病例针眼局部按压止血时间135例病人中只有34例<3min,超过5min却有16例,两组差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用浅静脉留置针静脉输液时,拔针后针眼局部按压止血时间应延长,一般不少于8min,避免由于局部按压时间不足而引起针眼出血现象。Objective To compare the bleeding time of indwell vein neddle and the scalp acupuncture in order to avoid hemorrhage.Method We divided 270 superficial vein medication patiens into 2 groups ,135 each group ,in random.The group A used superficial vein medication and the group B used indwell vein neddle methods. Then we investigated the bleeding time on the pinpoint with local press hemostasia.Results The hemostasia time kf group A almost was less than 3 min (102 cases),onle 1 case was more than 5 min .However ,34 cases of the group B was less than 3 min,16 cases was more than 5 min. So the two groups have significance of difference(P<0.05) .Conclusion We must lengthen the time of local press the pinpoint for at least 8 min in order to reduce the bleeding of pinpoint.
