摘　　要：建立了GC法测定肌醇含量的分析方法,该方法可用于肌醇生产过程中的质量监控.其准确度平均相对误差为0.21%,精密度平均相对偏差为0.24%,方法回收率为99.93%.A method for determining the content of inositol by GC is established, which can be used for the quality control in the process of producing inositol. The relative error of accuracy is 0.21%, the precision of relative windage is 0.24%, and the recovery rate is 99.93%.
